Broilers
​We offer a three-phase feed product range consisting of Broiler Starter V25291, to be fed from one day old to approximately 18 days old, Broiler Z V25292 from 19 to 35 days old, and Broiler Post Finisher V25290 for the last week before culling. 
Our feeding program is easy to manage and cost effective, having been developed by our team of professionals with the goal of achieving optimum results, tailored to suit the correct environment and conditions. We also offer whole and crushed maize as an alternative feed source.

Pullets
This is a two phase product range consisting of the Pullet Starter V24884 and Pullet Grower V24885. It is suitable for rearing point of lay pullets up to the desired weight, and body conformation of a fully developed layer bird.

Layers
We provide a two phase product range that will optimise egg production during both peak- and post-peak production, consisting of Layer Peak V22764 and Layer Post Peak V22773 feed rations. The Layer Peak V22764 supports weight gain and body conformation during the early laying period, while the Layer Post Peak V22773 maintains body weight, resulting in cull birds ready for market.​

The health of your herd is second only to the quality of the milk they produce, and we have developed a range that will help you to achieve the best results in both regards.
Our range comprises of Prima Dairy 15 V26556, Prima Dairy 17 V26566 and Prima Dairy 19 V26555, and contains superior quality protein sources to produce high levels of milk production and high butter fat levels in the milk. For feedlots these products can also be used for the rearing of beef calves after they have been weaned.           
 
Specific requirements for dairy ranches are met by manufacturing tailor-made products, depending on the quality of your pastures and silage. There is also a wide range of protein feeds available which can be delivered as bulk concentrates to the farmer. A three phase “muesli” product range that is highly palatable to stimulate intake and enhance growth is also available for the rearing of the livestock from calves to heifers. This consists of our Dairy Starter 18% V26557 (3 – 6 months), Grower 17% V26562 (6 – 12 months) and Heifer 17% V19169 feed rations.

Water, carbohydrates, fats, protein (amino acids), minerals, and vitamins. Correctly fed pigs will ensure efficient reproduction and growth, efficient feed utilisation, high-quality meat and a maximum profit for the farmer.

For the optimum growth and raising of pigs, we provide a complete pig feed range. Our Dry Sow V19162 ration is suitable and ideal for boars and dry sows. For pregnant and lactating sows we have the Lactating Sow V19155 ration, which supports high fertility and sufficient lactation for optimum weaner weight. 
Piglet growth is then enhanced by introducing our Creep V14803 feed while the animal is still suckling, and for up to two weeks after weaning. This is followed by a highly digestible Weaner V19152 feed enriched by flavouring to maximise palatability and intake from approximately 6 - 10 weeks, achieving target weights of 28 kg – 30 kg.
After the weaner phase, our product range extends to a Grower  V19153 feed which should achieve approximately 100 kg of live weight at 150 days.*

This category of animals relies on bacteria and microorganisms to digest a large portion of their feed in the rumen.

Sheep Finisher V19172

Complete feeds with high roughage content and buffers are formulated to maintain the bacteria and microorganisms population in the rumen and stabilize the pH levels.  This is important for the general health of your animals, as well as the sustainability of your herds.
Please note that a sudden change in diet should be avoided, and we recommend that animals be adapted over a couple of days to the change when switching to our feed.
Sheep Finisher V19172 is a complete ration that’s been specifically formulated for preparing animals for market. This can also be used by Sheep and Goat traders. The amount fed should be specific to the required outcome and always be in conjunction with roughage.

The price of meat is determined by its quality, meaning that the higher grades fetch a premium price.

In preparing beef for market, the objective is to not only maximize the weight of the animal, but to also improve the quality of its meat, in order to achieve the highest grade product possible.  
Our Complete Cattle Finisher V19173 feed has been put together with these goals in mind, and we are confident that it can be used to achieve this.  
Please note that animals need to be adapted to the feed by initially feeding them only 1% of their body weight of the Finisher product, in conjunction with some ad lib roughage. The feed volume can then be increased gradually to 3% of body weight over a period of 10 to 14 days, after which it can be fed ad lib until the desired weight and condition has been achieved. Drought Feed V19174 is also available for when disaster strikes, or as a planned supplement during cold months. It is aimed at maintaining animal condition during periods when sufficient grazing is not available due to environmental conditions such as winter, drought, or veld fires, and will provide complete nutrition so that your herd stays healthy and hearty
